Robert WyndeltsAs the founder and managing partner of Wyndelts & Gagnon, Bob has led the growth and development of the firm since its inception. He brings a unique focus to W&G, an outcome of his wide-ranging educational and professional achievements.

Bob serves his growing client base with expert strategic guidance on numerous tax and business functions. Among many others, they include: negotiating business acquisitions and dispositions; providing expert testimony; litigation support; structuring tax and business aspects of real estate transactions; organizing business form structure; tax research; asset protection; and succession planning.

Bob’s vast knowledge of taxation served him well in his longtime role as Professor in the Masters of Taxation program at Arizona State University, where he taught such disciplines as Corporate Tax, Taxation of Real Estate Transactions, Taxation of Closely Held Businesses and Taxes and Business Strategy. Bob is now a Professor Emeritus in that program.

His background includes service with some of the country’s most prestigious firms. He worked for the national office of Ernst & Young, where he wrote many of the firm’s publications and handled post review of technical memos for the firm’s U.S. practice offices. He also brought his incisive skills and experience to the Atlanta office of Deloitte & Touche.

Bob’s published writings reflect the high level of empirical and technical research he’s conducted through the years. His articles have appeared in such notable publications as: Journal of Taxation, Journal of Real Estate Taxation, Journal of Taxation of Investments, the Journal of Economic Psychology and Decision Sciences, among many others.
