Meet Our Team | Karen M. Wyndelts, CPA
As a longtime owner and manager of The Wyndelts Company PLC, Karen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the practice’s clients. The focus of her current practice is on partial interest valuations, including real estate, family partnerships and fractional holdings in non-real assets. She has compiled a substantial database of comparable sales, market studies and other primary and secondary data in support of market discounts for fractional interests. Karen received her B.A. and MBA degrees in real estate and finance from the University of Texas, and she is an Arizona-certified general real estate appraiser.
A list of Karen’s published works in the field include “What are your Syndicate Holdings Worth?”, which was published in Forum, a publication of the Real Estate Center at Arizona State University, as well as in Newsledger, published by the Arizona Society of CPAs.
