Meet Our Team | Louanne Gagnon, MTax, CPA
Louanne is the heart and soul of Wyndelts & Gagnon. Aside from running the firm’s day-to-day operations, she is a tireless worker in behalf of our clients, and—in the rest of the staff’s opinion—irreplaceable. Her impressive knowledge of and experience in tax research, compliance and strategic planning is matched only by her extraordinary organizational skills. She provides a host of services for the practice’s individual clients, partnerships, corporations and trusts, with a particular emphasis on closely held businesses and estates (both planning and 706 reporting). Louanne’s 25-year career spans a broad range of finance industry expertise, including real estate development, holdings and transactions; retail businesses; manufacturing entities; venture capital investment entities; and a variety of services-oriented companies and projects. She also provides accounting services, payroll assistance, and, on an as-needed basis, is often called upon to prepare financial statements to address tax compliance or planning objectives. In fact, she manages the practice’s tax compliance projects as well as many other special projects the firm engages in.
Louanne received B.S. and Masters in Taxation degrees from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Wyndelts & Gagnon, she served as Marketing Research Manager for St. Luke’s Medical Center in Phoenix.
